Lead time

We print, fill, and pack in Charlotte, NC. Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the next business day.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the listed price for all standard boxes within the contiguous United States.

Damage in transit

If a box arrives damaged or leaking, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it. Don't ship it back — we'd rather you didn't handle a damaged chemical container.

Returns on custom goods

Because every bottle is printed with your branding, custom orders can't be resold and aren't returnable for a change of mind. If we made a mistake — the printed label doesn't match what you approved — we reprint it free.

Cancelling an order

If your order hasn't gone to print yet, email us and we'll cancel it. Once it's printed, we can't.
