What we collect

When you design a label we store the text and design choices you enter so you can come back to them. When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.

How we use it

To produce and ship your order, to email you about that order, and to provide support. If you start a standing order, we use it to bill and ship on schedule.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share your customer list with anyone. Your uploaded artwork is used only to produce your order.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart and design working, and basic analytics to understand which pages are useful.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing us. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.
